D&A Proteins is a supplement retail business based in Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. We supply globally sourced protein supplements and sports nutrition products to customers across Kerala.

3. Eligibility

Our products are dietary supplements intended for healthy adults aged 18 years and above. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Pregnant or nursing women, individuals with pre-existing medical conditions, or those taking prescription medications should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement.

4. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and nutritional information displayed on our website are accurate. However, manufacturers may periodically change formulations, packaging, or labelling. In the event of any discrepancy, the information on the physical product packaging shall take precedence.

All products sold by D&A Proteins are sourced from authorised distributors or directly from brand representatives. We do not sell counterfeit, expired, or tampered goods.

5. Placing an Order

Orders can be placed by:

• Submitting the order form on our website.
• Contacting us directly via WhatsApp at +91 90375 76802.
• Calling us during store hours (Monday to Saturday: 9 AM to 7 PM, Sunday: 10 AM to 4 PM).

All orders are subject to product availability. We will confirm your order via WhatsApp or phone call. An order is confirmed only after we have verified availability and agreed on delivery details with you.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on our website are indicative and may be updated without prior notice. The confirmed price at the time of your order will be communicated to you before dispatch.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across Thiruvananthapuram.
• UPI: Accepted via all major UPI apps.
• Bank Transfer / NEFT / IMPS: Details shared at checkout.
• Debit and Credit Cards: Via payment links on request.

COD for orders outside Thiruvananthapuram is available upon request and subject to approval.

7. Delivery

We aim to deliver within the following timelines:

• Thiruvananthapuram (TVM): Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2 PM. Delivery typically within the same day or the following morning.
• Pan-Kerala: Delivery within 2 to 3 business days via courier partners.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as courier delays, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions. We will keep you updated via WhatsApp if there is any significant delay.

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation.
